Ross Architecture & Design AB was founded in 1996 in Stockholm by Paul and Deirdre Ross and today consists of seven dedicated members who have created over 170 high quality unique design low-power passive and positive villas designed by their owners' lifestyles, needs and interests.

Agreements with leading quality suppliers ensures villas value, long life, low operating costs and high resale value. The villas are safe from mold and allergies from building materials and are extremely energy efficient. The walls are cast or cemented (UV 0.08), beams are molded with embedded water based floor heating in all planes, heat pump, recovery of heat from the air, free cooling, solar thermal, photovoltaics, ledbelysning, programmable electrical systems, etc.

Here we present a selection of our over 170 realized UNIQUE DESIGNS
UNIQUE DESIGN is produced in a unique exampel after detailed interviews with the prospective owner and analysis of the site and its surroundings. Paul Ross will personally do the sketch and the idea stage, and spends a month in this process. When the sketch is approved, studio collegues produce the building permit documents and design of construction documents for at least two months under the supervision of Paul Ross. Customers receive qualified help with the selection of materials and equipment but have total freedom to make it completely customized to their needs and tastes. We deliver 10 units per year in unique design . UNIQUE DESIGN is signed and built of course with the high quality materials and construction methods that characterize our projects. Then engage one of our co-construction firms based on turn-key, or use an optional self-construction firm.
