Our journey with Ross architecture and design began when we walked by one of the houses drawn by Pål in our previous neighborhood. Seeing one of his homes is a memorable experience indeed. For us, it was truly “love at first sight”.

We have not only had the privilege of visiting many of the Ross homes and families who built them but we have just recently completed the building of our own dream home on Gällstaö, Ekerö. Ross architecture and design met our expectations and far exceeded them.

Högt beläget vid kanten av en brant sluttning hittar man villa Luna. Man möts där av husets lite slutna norrfasad, som ger de boende en önskad avskildhet mot grannar och besökare. Istället öppnar sig bostaden mot solsidan och den vidsträckta utsikten mot söder. Interiörens formmässig lekfullhet skymtar dock fram även mot ingångssidan, där ett lätt entréparti sveper besökaren in i entréhallen och vidare in i sällskapsrummen. Köket, matplatsen och vardagsrummet med dubbel takhöjd, är sammanvävda rum som alla har kontakt med den stora södervända uteplatsen. Garaget är bekvämt integrerat med bostaden i markplan.
Övervåningens barnsovrums- och mastersovrumsavdelning länkas samman med en ljus, generös innebalkong, som är öppen mot våningen under och ger övervåningen en strålande utsikt över nejden.
Villan byggs givetvis med samma höga materialstandard och byggmetoder som resten av vår produktion; gjutna stommar, ingen spånplatta, vägghängda toaletter och allt annat som ingår i receptet av ett Ross-hus.
